Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) is a collection of symptoms related to the eye caused by computer use. The purpose of this study is to determine the symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome experienced by employees who use computers in one of the state-owned financial sector offices in Tasikmalaya City. This research is an observational study with a descriptive method, namely to obtain a description of the data about the symptoms of CVS. This research was conducted in AprilMay 2019 at one of the state-owned financial sector offices in Tasikmalaya City. There were 20 respondents, this research was conducted using direct interviews using a questionnaire. The results showed that the description of CVS symptoms that often occurred was extraocular symptoms experienced by 20 respondents (100%), visual symptoms experienced by 20 respondents (100%), and asthenopia symptoms experienced by 15 respondents (75%). This study concluded that the symptoms of CVS that were mostly felt by employees of one of the state-owned financial sector offices in Tasikmalaya were asthenopia symptoms, ocular surface symptoms, visual symptoms, and extraocular symptoms.
